    Self-aligning Ball Bearings

    Features:
    Self-aligning ball bearings are constructed with the inner ring and ball assembly contained within an outer ring that has a spherical raceway. This construction allows the bearing to tolerate a small angular misalignment resulting from deflection or improper mounting. It is particularly suitable for applications where considerable shaft deflections or misalignment are to be expected. Additionally, the self-aligning ball bearing has the lowest friction of all rolling bearings, which enables it to run cooler even at high speeds.Self-Aligning Double Row Ball Bearings are designed to work in applications where severe misalignment exists whether from mounting or shaft deflection. Standard Self-Aligning Double Row Ball Bearings are produced with straight bores; however, tapered bores are available upon request.  Noteworthy is that the self-aligning ball bearing has the lowest friction of all rolling bearings, which enables it to run cooler even at high speeds.  Furthermore, the design allows for easy mounting and dismounting.Self-aligning ball bearings are widely used in such areas,such as :Transmission, gearboxes, wheel hubs ,Garden equipment ,Agricultural pumps ,Manufacturing ,General engineering applications ,Marine, shipping and paper and so on.

    Self-aligning ball bearings can be divided into 3 series:
    1200 Series – Can be misaligned 2.5°
    1300 Series – Can be misaligned 3.0°
    2200 Series – Can be misaligned 2.5° but has higher load ratings is and wider than the 1200 Series
    self-aligning ball bearings are available in several designs, including:
    1) basic design bearings
    2) bearings with an extended inner ring
    3) sealed bearings
